Achievements are a great part of Xbox because they give you something to do after you beat the main story or campaign of a game. In the early days of Xbox, developers usually gave you a balanced list of achievements that made the game last longer without going too far.
Xbox Games with the Highest Achievements Ever
Since then, many games have made it too hard to finish all of their achievements. This is because of things like DLC, live service titles, and game collections. Not every game has too many achievements, but the ones below do. In fact, they have the most of any Xbox game ever made.
Halo: The Master Chief Collection – 700
The base Master Chief Collection includes Halo: Combat Evolved, Halo 2, Halo 3, and Halo 4. These games are where the main character, Master Chief, has his best adventures. Then DLC came out with Halo 3: ODST and Halo Reach. So, this game is like six full games in one.

So, a lot of accomplishments are to be expected. Even so, 700 of them is a little too much. On the list of achievements are things like completing missions, finding collectibles, beating par times, and doing a bunch of little challenges. If you take the time to get them all, you’ll get 7,000 Gamerscore.
Killer Instinct – 464
Killer Instinct is a live service fighting game that is good for people who are new to the genre. But it’s not good for people who have never tried to get achievements before because there are 464 of them to get. Fairly, you would expect a game with content from more than one season to have a long list of achievements.
But the expansions aren’t the only ones to blame. When the game first came out, it already had 94 achievements, which is a lot. Most of them are about fighting, completing challenges, and going through trials. Getting them, all would take a lot of time, but you’d get 4,935 gamerscore for your trouble.
Train Sim World 2 – 431
You might not expect a train simulator game to have a lot of achievements. But Train Sim World 2 lets you earn 431 of them. When the game came out, there were only 34 of them. The DLC added the other 397.
Most of the base game achievements require you to go certain distances, finish scenarios, level up, or get medals. Most of the expansions are the same, but there are a few that are more creative. So, they are all easy in theory, but it takes a long time to get 431 of them.
Smite – 308
Smite might be for you if you like multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) games and games where you control gods. But if you like games where it’s easy to get all the achievements, you might not like this one. This is because this game has 308 achievements.
The game’s many expansions have added a lot of achievements, which is why there are so many of them. A lot of the DLC ones are about using the characters from the expansions. As for the base game achievements, a lot of them require you to do the same thing over and over again.
Elite: Dangerous – 225
Elite Dangerous is a live-service, open-world game where you can fly around space. When it first came out for Xbox, the game had 43 achievements. That happened a long time ago, though. Since then, there have been a lot of updates to the game that have added 182 more achievements.

So, getting all of them is a lot of work, especially since many of them don’t come easily. A True Champ (win 250 CQC matches) and Super Market Sweep (sell at 500 different markets) will take a long time to get, even without the rest.
Sea Of Thieves – 216
In the multiplayer game Sea of Thieves, you can be a pirate however you want. And there are 216 achievements to earn while you’re out on the open sea. This is a big number because the game has had many DLCs since it came out in 2018. These DLCs have added 156 achievements to the 60 achievements that came with the game when it first came out in 2018.
Some of them require you to do things many times, so it takes a while to get them all. One of them, for instance, tells you to finish 250 Gold Hoarder Voyages. Some of the descriptions of achievements rhyme, which is a fun little detail.
Dead By Daylight – 202
Dead By Daylight is a game that is always getting new DLC, which is usually used to add more killers to the game. Most of the updates add new achievements that let you use the new parts of the game.
For example, the Adept Ada and Adept Rebecca achievements in the Resident Evil Project W update require you to escape as these characters while only using three perks. There were also 61 achievements in the base game when it came out. But it now has 202 of them, which add up to 3,810 Gamerscore.
Rare Replay – 200
Most game collections have a lot of achievements because they have to have at least one for each game. This is the case with Rare Replay, which has 30 different games like Jetpac, Banjo-Kazooie, and Conker’s Bad Fur Day.
Since most of the achievements are tied to specific games, they are all very different. Still, some of the games are like each other in that you have to beat levels or get points. If you get all 200 of the package’s achievements, you’ll get 4,000 Gamerscore.
